Dark Forest Botanica has arisen out of my personal spiritual practice and the relationship with the spirit of the plants I work with; most of what I use I grow in my garden. That which I don't grow, I tend to harvest from the forest; from trees that are old friends and budding annuals that are new friends.

Whenever I do wild harvest I am conscious of my impact and just how much I am taking. I always try to leave a place better and healthier than when I arrived.
