Ingredients: Hops, Lavender, Passionflower, Skullcap and Valerian Root.

* Note: Tea may interact with sedatives, narcotics pain relievers, some antidepressants and seizure medication due to its sedative nature. It is also not recommended with blood thinners or cholesterol-lowering medications. Also not recommended for those on insulin or other diabetes medications or lithium.
