Ease a Heavy Heart Tea

Brew when the heart is heavy and the days feel long. This tea will relieve some anxiety, support your body and mind, and bring a little sweetness your way and helping it to stay as you find your way.

Ingredients: Echinacea, Hawthorn Berries, Lemon Balm, Lemon Verbena, Licorice Root, Marshmallow Root, Passionflower and Rose Petals.  

* Note: Hawthorn may interact with heart medication and may lower blood pressure. Lemonbalm may effect thyroid medication and hypothyroidism. Licorice Root may effect blood sugar levels and is not recommended for diabetes. Passionflower may interact with MAOIs, sedatives and blood thinners.
