May the spirits of flight carry you silently into the night as you travel through the mists of dreams and seduction.

“I didn't quite dream, but it all seemed to be real…something very sweet and very bitter all around me at once; and then I seemed sinking into deep green water, and there was a singing in my ears, as I have heard there is to drowning men; and then everything seemed passing away from me; my soul seemed to go out from my body and float about the air.”
—Bram Stoker, Dracula

The art of flight is a key technique for Vampyres and a useful tool for those looking to use the Vampyric current in their magic. From tales of Vampyres turning into bats, seductive visitations of the succubi, and voices carried in the mist, nocturnal flight has been a common thread through Vampyre folklore and history.

Vampyre flight is nocturnal, silent, and seductive. In Vampyre magic this is known as a skill of Twilight and is where the Vampyre has been able to master their innate skills of flight and journey between the realms. For the Vampyre this technique is used to explore the spirit realms, dream visitations, and for feeding/gathering energy.

Wormwood (Artemisia absinthium) - The gentle green mist that cloaks the Vampyre as they ride through the night. Seductive and protective.  The key ingredient in absinthe. This is a well known herb for psychic work and spirit flight, a potent spirit that has a long history of opening up visions and taking people on journeys of flight. It also has a special place in Vampyre culture around the world.

Damiana (Turnera diffusa) - Invoking the seductive and euphoric energy of the succubi, this lustful herb helps to awaken and reveal to you that which you desire.

Dragon's blood (Dracaena cinnabari) - This deep blood-like resin holds incredible power and resonates with the very current of energy that is found in all Vampyres. It brings with it the passion, power, and protection of the Vampyre current.

The three ladies of flight: Henbane (Hyoscyamus niger), Mandrake (Mandragora autumnalis) and Belladonna (Atropa belladonna) steeped in mysteries of lust, sex, and death.
